Jennifer Lawrence has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets in an interview with Harper's Bazaar. "I exfoliate every night, and it really doesn't matter what I use. You can kind of use anything grainy, so I change it up. I have really dry skin, so I use night cream, and I always do this very thick mask. I can't remember the name of the brand, but it doesn't smell very good!"

Emma Stone is one of Lawrence's closest friends. In 2013, she shared some of her skincare secrets with Vogue. "I'm allergic to everything so I just use extra virgin olive oil on my skin because I know it won't cause a reaction. At night, I take off my makeup with coconut oil. And I always have Josie Maran Argan Oil with me. That was a game changer. I think my makeup artist, Rachel Goodwin, first introduced me to it and I love it."

Taylor Swift is one of Lawrence's close friends. In an interview with Variety, Swift revealed that she feels less pressure to write songs now than when she was younger. "I'm making more albums at a more rapid pace than I ever did before, because I think the more art you create, hopefully the less pressure you put on yourself," she explains. "It's just a phase I'm in right now. And everybody's different. There are people who put an album out every five years and it's brilliant and that's the way they work. And I have full respect for that. But I'm happier when I'm making things more often."

Lawrence is close friends with Cameron Diaz. She has her own wellness book, The Body Book, where she talks about her wellness journey and secrets. Diaz revealed in it that she enjoys going to the gym. "Personally, I love the gym. I love being around people who are sweaty and pushing themselves. Who are all focused on the same goals. I love being in a group like that."

Lawrence and Zoe Kravitz are close friends. Lawrence previously worked with Kravitz's father, Lenny, on The Hunger Games. Kravitz shared how she took care of her mental health while filming The Batman to Glamour. "I tried to be as healthy as I could, in terms of the physicality of it, and wanting to be in shape and wanting to feel good, but also wanting to, you know, make sure I was being healthy. And it's hard to find that balance, sometimes just a lot of pressure."

Brie Larson is one of Lawrence's friends. They became friends after Lawrence texted Larson congratulating her on Room. To stay in shape for her role as Captain Marvel, Larson works with Jason Walsh. She shared this video on YouTube of the two of them working out. Larson wrote in the description, "My body hurts already and we have only just begun… sending a big thank you to Jason Walsh, my incredible trainer, for helping me with this workout. I'm thrilled to be able to show you my process and not just the final result. It's only getting harder from here, folks 🏋🏼‍♀️ What other goals do you think I should add to my list? I have my sight set on a one-arm pull-up. As always, like and subscribe if you want. But you don't have to. I hope you're happy in your body."

Lawrence worked with Chris Pratt on the 2016 film Passengers. While prepping to film Ghost Draft, Pratt revealed his secrets on Instagram. "I am already down 12 pounds, which is pretty good and it happened pretty quickly. Here's what I did: Water. If you're like me and wondering how you can shed some weight, water. Start there."

Lawrence and Amy Schumer first became friends in 2015. Schumer works with trainer, Jen Widerstrom, to help her stay in shape. Widerstrom tells Shape Magazine that she does a lot of Pilates workouts with Schumer, since she had surgery for endometriosis in 2021. "We've had to do a lot of rebuilding around her core [and] back where there was once a lot of weakness," Widerstrom says. "She lights up when she gets to tackle a new Pilates movement."

Emma Watson is another of Lawrence's close friends. She shared her skincare secrets with Into The Gloss. "My skin tends to run pretty dry, so I use the Évolué Gentle Cleanser and Firming Toner because it doesn't have tons of alcohol in it or make your skin sting, but it really does the job. And then I switch up my moisturizers depending on what issue I'm trying to address. I use the MV Organics Rose Plus Booster a lot and also their Rose Soothing and Protective Moisturiser. If my skin is feeling a bit sun-damaged or congested, I like their 9 Oil Cleansing Tonic, but I've never been big on masks! I guess I don't totally buy into it."

Lawrence is a big fan of the Kardashians, and she interviewed Kim when she guest-hosted Jimmy Kimmel Live. Kardashian shared some of her workouts with trainer, Senada Greca, on Instagram. "We lift weights for two hours daily and do five or six days a week. My goal was to gain muscle and be strong and I see such a difference already."

Adele and Lawrence are close friends. In an interview with Vogue, the singer talked about how she managed her mental health after her divorce. "I didn't want to end up like a lot of other people I knew. I wasn't miserable miserable, but I would have been miserable had I not put myself first."
